In addition, we have substantial experience raising funds within the various debt and equity capital markets and have established strong relationships with a wide array of capital sources. Our overall goal is to earn the role of being your trusted advisor by maintaining a small and personal knowledge‑based advisory practice in which we provide senior level attention on every assignment and offer creative and flexible compensation structures.

Our Transaction Advisory Services are focused on achieving your strategic objectives through executing mergers and acquisitions, corporate, project or asset divestitures and recapitalizations, joint ventures and management buyouts. We bring an exceptional skill set which includes accounting, due diligence, business process, valuation and business integration experience developed from being dedicated advisors and principals in a multitude of M&A transactions within and outside the renewable energy and utility sectors.

Our Capital Formation Advisory Services start with strong relationships with a wide array of private institutional debt and equity sources with commitment objectives ranging from $1 million to over $500 million. We are able to deliver critical sources of capital for corporate, acquisition and/or project funding purposes due to our experience developing well-thought out business plans and marketing materials, matching our clients with the appropriate capital source and type, and being able to provide critical structuring capabilities.
