Over the course of Mr. Albright’s 20 years of professional experience he has sourced, structured and executed in excess of 100 financing and M&A transactions worth more than $20 billion across all major global markets. In addition, as a successful entrepreneur he has been CEO of several prominent venture-backed companies in the U.S. and Europe. At the outset of his career Mr. Albright spent more than ten years at J.P. Morgan based in New York, London and San Francisco. During this time he led the firm’s capital markets effort for the energy industry and in doing so worked closely with a wide variety of regulated and unregulated energy companies.

While at J.P. Morgan he was also a senior member of the firm’s technology investment banking group where he ran the global communications technology practice. Upon leaving J.P. Morgan, Mr. Albright commenced a focus on emerging companies as an operating executive, board member, investor and advisor. In recent years, Mr. Albright’s focus has been on alternative energy generation and energy efficiency including his acquisition of a Swedish software company that enables power consumption reduction in large datacenter environments.
Mr. Albright received a B.S. in Finance & Economics with honors from Lehigh University and attained the rank of Captain in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
