We provide capital raising, M&A and strategy advisory services for renewable energy and cleantech developers. Through our relationship with Juno Investments, we are able to provide early stage development capital for selected renewable energy projects and companies.  In addition, we have strong and wide ranging relationships with a multitude of capital providers.

NorthWinds professionals have been exclusive advisors in the sale of over 2,000 megawatts of wind projects. The firm is currently involved in several wind, geothermal, biomass, cleantech and biodiesel projects encompassing all forms of funding requirements. NorthWinds will also bring to their assignments well established relationships with nationally-based law and accounting firms who have specific tax structuring and renewable energy and cleantech expertise.
