Prior to joining NorthWinds, Mr. Fromberg was a member of Barclays Capital’s Infrastructure Project Finance Group where he advised public and private clients on optimal financing structures for infrastructure projects in the renewable energy, water, transportation, and public facility sectors. Mr. Fromberg previously served in a similar capacity at Lehman Brothers, and earlier in his career was a member of Lehman’s Debt Strategies Group, which provided financial structuring innovations and modeling expertise on a variety of fixed income and derivative transactions.

Before joining Lehman Brothers, Mr. Fromberg spent several years as a Management Consultant at Mars & Company serving corporate clients in the water and power industries.
Mr. Fromberg graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a dual degree in Economics and Mathematics from Cornell University and earned an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University, and is a CFA charterholder.
